After the session

Be aware that you may be going through a powerful process that is affecting you deeply, both physically and emotionally. Be alert to the changes in yourself and your reactions to others.
Honor your session:
You may wish to keep a journal to record your personal observations of your process.
Drink lots of pure water. Hydration assists the body released toxins that may have been released during the session from deep within the tissues.
Plan time after you session to relax and reflect.
Allow the session to settle. Enjoy a walk, bath, swim, or sit quietly, and write down your reflections and thoughts.
If you are in a regular exercise program or training for a strenuous event please let me know. I suggest any easy day of exercises or a rest after your session. This will allow the work to integrate.
A post session warm bath or warm Epsom salt bath is very refreshing and assists the removal of toxins through the skin, the largest eliminative organ body.
If a bath is not convenient, a shower rubbing the skin with baking soda or borax exfoliates and draws and releases toxins through the skin.
