To offer the first degree Reiki.

To emphasize mindfulness, creating a safe environment for the Reiki transmission.

To provide a environment to allow the student to learn this work through personal experiencing. Learning from the inside out. Learning from the perspective of the client

Traditionally Reiki One is taught through anecdotal stories, and demonstration of the traditional Reiki hand placements, discussions, experiential exercises, and practical sessions.
