What is Traditional Usui Reiki?

A lost ancient art form of healing came to a Mikao Usui during a 40 day fast and meditation in the 1800s in Japan.

The instinctual act of touch to comfort and relieve pain is enhanced when the Universal Life Force of Reiki is ignited. This Universal Life Force is within all of us. The Reiki practitioner does not direct or feed energies into the recipient. During a personal or shared Reiki session the recipient's life force may be inspired to remember its health.

Traditional Reiki is divided into three degrees.
