| To emphasize mindfulness, creating a safe environment by slowing down and reducing hyperarousal in the autonomic nervous system (ANS), and the embryological arising and formational patterns of the visceral |
| To offer wide-ranging teaching approaches to meet the students diverse learning styles. The course is conducted through lectures, multimedia, demonstrations, discussions, experiential exercises, and practical sessions. |
